How long does the design process take?
As soon as we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll reserve your spot on the design calendar. The time frame varies depending on how many are in line ahead of you, but it’s typically 1-3 weeks.
How much input do I have in the creation of the site?
Our goal is to build a website that fits your business’ personality, so naturally we encourage as much input as you can give us. When you complete the Web Design Questionnaire, include as much detail as you wish.
What if I want things changed on the site after it’s completed?
When your website is completed, the head of the design team will reach out to you. If you need any changes, please let us know within 7 calendar days.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a no questions asked money back guarantee. You may request a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as we haven’t started the work. 
Can I have you build my store at a later time?
Absolutely. You have up to one year to claim your Done For You website. If you purchase today you will lock in this price and can unlock it within 12 months. 
If you decide within the first 30 days that you’d prefer to build the store yourself, just send an email to [email protected] to request a refund.  
What is Private Mentorship?
We offer a private mentorship for students of Drop Ship Lifestyle who would like to have some extra help. This includes weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls with a certified Drop Ship Lifestyle coach, a private Slack community, calls with Anton, and much more. This package typically starts at $997/mo.
When does the Private Mentor package expire?
Depending on which package you choose, the private mentorship will start the day you activate it. You have up to 12 months from the date of purchase to activate your mentorship.  
What is Content Marketing?
Content marketing is a marketing technique to drive “organic” traffic to your website from search engines such as Google. Our Done-For-You content marketing creates unique content that is optimized specifically to help drive traffic from those sources. 
Do I have to use this content package with the website that is built? 
While our team does have years of experience working on businesses not related to eCommerce, our core experience is working with eCommerce stores. To best utilize this experience, these packages must be used on a high ticket drop shipping business built on Shopify.
